Product Marketing Manager

About the Company

Arcade is building the definitive tools catalog and tool-calling platform that will unlock AI's true potential. We are creating the infrastructure that allows AI agents to take real-world actions, acting as the critical layer for enterprise AI agent deployment at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product launches that create market momentum, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing
• Stay deeply curious about the AI agent market, tracking competitor moves and identifying emerging trends
• Produce technical content including launch narratives, solution briefs, competitive teardowns, demos, and sales enablement
• Work directly with engineering and product teams to understand technical architecture and shape roadmap differentiation
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for developers, AI/ML leaders, security teams, and executives

Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing at technical infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML companies
• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to get hands-on with agents and integrations
• Deep understanding of AI agents, LLMs, tool-calling, and production deployment challenges
• Experience with both enterprise sales cycles and self-service/PLG motions
• Outstanding writer and storyteller capable of making technical concepts accessible
• Startup mentality with the ability to work autonomously and iterate fast

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise security, authentication, and authorization concepts such as OAuth, SSO, and RBAC
