Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product features and market expansions
• Drive product distribution and growth across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
• Build and manage engaged user communities on platforms like Discord and Reddit to drive retention and advocacy
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure successful launches
• Leverage performance metrics and experimentation to optimize messaging, channels, and growth strategies
• Develop repeatable playbooks and frameworks to scale GTM operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product operations, growth marketing, or GTM roles in tech
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving user growth across digital channels
• Deep understanding of social platforms and community-building dynamics
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate features into compelling narratives
• Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation, funnel metrics, and performance analysis
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, marketing, and data teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a product from 0-1
• Experience launching consumer-based platform products
• Background in community-led growth or creator ecosystems
• Familiarity with growth loops, virality mechanics, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience scaling products across international markets
