About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for consumer lending products
- Define product taxonomy, naming, and positioning frameworks
- Codify and adopt a cross-BU launch playbook
- Co-own the consumer-facing positioning and messaging for CF
- Own the web messaging and positioning layer for the company website
- Define and implement cross-sell narratives across BNPL, CF, and Marketplace
- Build and operationalize a customer insights engine using JTBD and persona development
- Use data to optimize campaigns and build business cases
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing
- 2-3 years of experience in high-growth B2C fintech
- Proven track record of executing GTM strategies for major product launches
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research (customer interviews, A/B testing, data analysis)
- Ability to translate complex product features into compelling narratives
- Experience with website messaging and content strategy
- AI-augmented mindset for research, content, and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the consumer financial services landscape
- Experience building scalable enablement tools for customer-facing teams
