Product Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for the Lemma platform, translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
• Lead product launches from positioning through execution, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence to track the AI infrastructure landscape and equip sales with battle cards
• Create sales enablement assets including product one-pagers, technical briefs, customer case studies, and demo scripts
• Develop and refine customer evidence programs to capture and amplify customer success stories
• Partner with the GTM Marketer to ensure product messaging flows into brand campaigns and demand generation
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback
• Serve as a product expert in customer-facing contexts, supporting sales on strategic opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience bringing technical products to market
• Ability to internalize complex technical concepts and translate them into clear positioning
• Experience building sales enablement programs and collateral
• Strong cross-functional instincts working with product, engineering, and sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of storytelling
• Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
• Experience at a startup or rapidly growing company
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in enterprise infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML products
• Experience marketing to public sector or regulated industries
• Familiarity with the AI agent and workflow orchestration landscape
• Experience with product-led growth motions alongside enterprise sales
