Product Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop narrative and positioning to turn complex AI features into customer value
• Lead end-to-end product marketing and GTM strategies from ideation to adoption
• Partner with Product teams to influence roadmaps using customer intelligence and competitive data
• Drive revenue and sales enablement by creating pitches, demo narratives, and battlecards
• Own product storytelling across the website and growth surfaces to optimize conversion
• Build scalable GTM playbooks and leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Marketing within high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record of building and scaling processes in Sales/Revenue startups
• Experience partnering with product, marketing, and sales teams on messaging and positioning
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of B2B customer buying processes and revenue funnels
• Exceptional writing skills and high bar for messaging precision
• Proficiency with Notion and AI tools for process automation
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and measuring impact

• Experience in Sales/Revenue-focused startups
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-agency, cross-functional environments
