Product Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead market assessment and customer discovery to identify advertiser needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, positioning, and go-to-market plans in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Partner with Design, Data Science, and Analytics to define success metrics, measurement strategy, and experimentation plans
• Identify and mitigate product risk areas including performance, safety, policy, and trust
• Own launch strategy and execution for new advertising products, including messaging, enablement, and rollouts
• Build narratives and materials that explain technical value simply, such as sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs
• Coordinate across Sales, Partnerships, and Product to drive product adoption and sales

Requirements

• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable processes
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including measurement, targeting, creative, auctions, and performance tradeoffs
• Proven experience in product marketing, specifically for advertising, martech, platforms, or data/AI products
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, turning complex technical concepts into differentiated positioning
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews, surveys, and funnel analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional efforts and influencing product prioritization in fast-paced environments
