Product Marketing Lead

About the Company

Mithrl is building the world’s first commercially available AI Co-Scientist. It is a discovery engine that transforms messy biological data into insights in minutes, helping medicines reach patients faster through AI-driven analysis and novel target discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product narrative, positioning, and messaging for the Mithrl AI Co-Scientist
• Translate complex scientific workflows into clear value propositions for R&D and computational buyers
• Lead end-to-end product launches with defined success metrics
• Build persona definitions, ICPs, and buyer journey maps for biotech and pharma customers
• Create scientific and commercial content including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
• Partner with sales to develop decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align roadmap with GTM needs
• Build competitive intelligence and market landscapes to guide strategy
• Represent Mithrl at conferences and industry events

Requirements

• PhD in biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a tech bio, life sciences software, or AI company
• Proven success launching products with measurable impact on revenue or adoption
• Ability to craft narratives for scientific and technical audiences
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience partnering with sales, customer success, and engineering teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing AI-enabled scientific tools or computational biology platforms
• Experience selling into enterprise biotech or pharma environments
• Familiarity with discovery workflows, omics analysis, or preclinical development
• Experience with demand generation or growth marketing
