Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative to define how Goodfire and our platform are understood in the market
- Shape the category by establishing an interpretability platform as a must-have capability in the AI stack
- Drive product launches from major research milestones to new platform capabilities
- Build deep market intelligence regarding the competitive landscape and buyer needs
- Create sales enablement and field materials including demos, case studies, and collateral
Requirements
- Ability to translate highly technical concepts for researchers, ML engineers, and Heads of AI
- Strong strategic instincts to build a go-to-market playbook from scratch
- Experience speaking to deeply technical buyers at AI labs or frontier model companies
- Scrappiness, speed, and a bias toward action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning product marketing end-to-end at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Background as an early marketing hire at a high-growth startup
- Familiarity with the AI research landscape, including interpretability and model training
- Track record of defining or shaping a new product category
