Product Marketing Lead

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for provider-facing products and capabilities
• Lead end-to-end product launches, including messaging, customer education, and rollout strategy
• Develop and manage the product communications calendar, including newsletters, webinars, and in-product messaging
• Create communications that demonstrate value in reducing workload and improving patient outcomes
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to identify underused capabilities and drive adoption
• Measure product awareness, adoption, and engagement using data and customer feedback

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product management
• Proven track record of positioning and launching products
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Strong customer instincts and ability to understand user value perception
• Analytical judgment with comfort using product data and segmentation
• Ability to move quickly and deliver on goals in a high-autonomy environment
