About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution for a range of scaled marketing initiatives across Fanatics Sportsbook
- Partner with Product, Platform, CRM, Media, Social, Creative, Commercial, and Research teams to lead campaign rollouts
- Work with Performance Media teams to shape messaging and creative outputs for acquisition and lower-funnel initiatives
- Lead product marketing launches by translating feature functionality into compelling customer-facing messaging
- Contribute to messaging development, campaign briefs, and creative reviews
- Surface customer, category, and competitive insights to inform positioning and future campaigns
- Lead post-campaign analysis and synthesize performance learnings for optimization
- Champion brand consistency across all activations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or consumer marketing
- Strong understanding of brand marketing fundamentals including positioning and messaging
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within sports, gaming, entertainment, consumer technology, or culturally-driven brands
- Deep understanding of the sports landscape, fan behavior, and the sports betting ecosystem
