About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy for assigned product areas, from initial positioning through launch and long-term adoption.
  • Develop deep customer understanding and translate insights into compelling narratives, personas, and clear positioning.
  • Drive product adoption through both sales-assisted motions and lifecycle-driven CRM communications.
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Revenue teams to influence product roadmaps and program design upstream.
  • Align senior stakeholders and executives through data-driven narratives, positioning documents, and clear business cases.
  • Establish clear ROI for GTM bets by setting measurable goals and conducting post-mortems and optimizations.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate PMM workflows and elevate the overall craft of the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or closely related GTM roles, with at least 6 years in core PMM.
  • Proven track record of owning GTM strategy end-to-end and leading initiatives from concept to outcome.
  • Experience driving adoption via sales enablement or lifecycle/CRM-driven motions.
  • Strong experience conducting or directing customer research to inform strategy.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and credibility at the executive level.
  • Proficiency with and active adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and craft.
  • A bias for action and the ability to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in STEM, management consulting, or quantitative fields.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments where PMM infrastructure was being built.
  • Experience marketing complex or highly technical products.
  • Background in two-sided marketplaces where brand and buyer motions are distinct.
