About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of PMMs, building the function's operating model and maintaining high execution standards.
  • Define and maintain platform and product-level positioning, translating complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions.
  • Build the overarching platform narrative to ensure consistency across the website, sales decks, keynotes, and analyst briefings.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM process, including launch strategy, tiering, internal collaboration, and external amplification.
  • Drive pricing and packaging strategy for a multi-product portfolio.
  • Monitor product performance through continuous analytics, from pipeline generation to churn reduction.
  • Maintain deep market intelligence regarding the hospitality tech landscape and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing and developing a PMM team.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and packaging strategy within a SaaS context.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B SaaS product launches from concept through post-launch measurement.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both hotel GMs and C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical skills used to make data-driven decisions and build business cases.
  • Must be based in New York City and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B SaaS AI or hospitality technology.
  • Experience working in vertically focused SaaS with complex, multi-segment buyer dynamics.
