About the role
Responsibilities
- Build narrative, product positioning, and GTM strategy for Brex products and customer segments
- Deeply understand customers through research, sales call listening, and direct conversations
- Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales plays
- Concept and create sales and marketing assets including pitch decks, web pages, case studies, and videos
- Work with Sales Enablement to create training and resources for reps
- Partner with Brand, Design, and Events to create compelling content experiences
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives using data to optimize strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
- 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Proven track record of translating features into compelling customer-centric positioning
- Expertise in market segmentation, personas, and customer journey mapping
- Strong creative judgment and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and content creation
