About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market activities, sales communications, and product education for the Legal Professionals business segments.
  • Coordinate internal communications, including formatting bi-weekly newsletters and channel alert emails.
  • Create sales enablement content such as presentations, news articles, and intranet pages.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of communication programs by pulling and analyzing engagement data.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including maintaining distribution lists and monitoring the communications calendar.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and channel calls using Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales communication, marketing collateral, or working with cross-functional partners.
  • Proven experience extracting and analyzing data to monitor initiative success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with sales enablement technology such as Seismic (Advisor), Poppulo, or Alchemer.
  • Experience with graphic design programs, video equipment, or video editing software.
