Product Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and day-to-day marketing activities
• Develop high-quality marketing collateral and content, including presentations, visual assets, and videos
• Own and manage the IE-IoT Monthly Marketing Update (internal) and IoT Connections Newsletter (external)
• Support product launch planning and execution, including timelines and cross-functional coordination
• Coordinate events and demos for industry trade shows, including logistics and partner engagement
• Manage legal review and approval workflows for marketing assets and support budget and PO processes
• Coordinate foundational documents and ongoing deliverables to support sales enablement content flow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience
• OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience in related fields
• OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of experience in related fields
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong design eye for creating compelling collateral
• English fluency
