Product Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support product marketing priorities across Index ETFs, Active Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset & MPS based on commercial demand and GTM timelines
• Manage ongoing product marketing operations including content updates, factsheet governance, and regulatory processes
• Deliver product launches and positioning updates in collaboration with category leads to ensure consistent execution
• Partner with stakeholders to develop scalable, use-case-driven sales enablement materials such as brochures and webpages
• Analyze flows, adoption, and campaign performance to inform go-to-market decisions and post-launch optimization
• Coordinate across Product, Investment Management, Distribution, and Compliance teams to ensure aligned messaging

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex market and client insights into clear positioning and marketing recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market execution
• Continental European language skills (e.g., German or Italian)
