Product Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze market data including volumes, technology mix, and penetration rates
• Support market sizing exercises using bottom-up and top-down approaches
• Contribute to pricing and product competitiveness analysis and development of price waterfalls
• Support the structuring of product roadmaps and identification of OEM customer needs
• Analyze technology trends such as heat pumps, refrigerants, and system architectures
• Collect and consolidate regional inputs from Europe, China, and North America to ensure data reliability
• Prepare impactful presentations and dashboards for internal strategic reviews

Requirements

• Master's degree from an Engineering or Business School
• Specialization in Marketing, Data, or Strategy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (including advanced formulas)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Fluent English skills for an international environment
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and synthesis skills
