Product Marketing & Account Manager Rare Diseases

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Rare Disease brand strategy and deliver in-market performance in Latvia.
• Own the yearly brand planning business process, including local adaptation of marketing materials and localized campaigns.
• Manage production, agency relationships, and generate market insights to drive brand growth.
• Develop and implement account plans by analyzing market developments and health policy trends.
• Engage with key customers (approximately 30% of time) to drive portfolio uptake and achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Medical teams to foster relationships with local Key External Experts (KEEs) and patient organizations.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements, internal standards, and market ethical rules.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
• Strong understanding of market ethical rules and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, management, or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within multicultural business environments.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Established relationships with rare disease field stakeholders in the local market.
• Understanding of local market access dynamics and institutional decision-making processes.
