About the role
About the Company
At Roadrunner, we're replacing the broken CPQ software that Sales teams have complained about, worked around, and given up on for years. We're building a new agentic stack called PQA — Prompt, Quote, Approve, designed for the enterprise, on a data model built for how pricing actually works today. We're Kleiner Perkins' first incubation since Glean, led by second-time founders with successful exits.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the founding team to turn conviction into assets, narratives, and market presence
- Maintain the website end-to-end, treating copy as a product
- Own the competitive intelligence function and arm the sales team with materials to win
- Develop the foundational go-to-market asset library including sales decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
- Create and publish LinkedIn content for company announcements and thought leadership
- Embed with the Sales team to absorb objections and turn field insights into sharpened messaging
- Translate the PQA stack and complex enterprise integration patterns into compelling narratives
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing, content, or brand at a high-growth B2B company
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical workflows
- Hands-on experience creating competitive battlecards, sales decks, and launch assets
- Sales-first instinct with a focus on pipeline impact
- Deep competitive intelligence skills to synthesize market signals
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure in a zero-to-one environment
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for an in-person role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing CPQ, CRM, or revenue operations products
- Background at companies known for exceptional product narrative (e.g., Stripe, Linear, Vercel)
- Understanding of technical architecture for enterprise IT or RevOps conversations
- Experience as an early marketing hire at an early-stage company
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Lunch, dinner, snacks, and coffee provided
- Take what you need vacation policy
