About the Company

Paradigm is a new type of spreadsheet for automating manual research with agents. Backed by $7M+ from General Catalyst and Y Combinator, the team is composed of serial builders from Google, MIT, Microsoft, and more, working to build an agent-centric workspace that increases productivity for knowledge workers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own core messaging, positioning, and narrative across enterprise, financial services, and AI-native use cases
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling messaging for different customer personas
  • Produce high-quality content including customer stories, launch content, one-pagers, decks, and product demos
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to shape feature launches
  • Build sales enablement materials to support pipeline generation and enterprise deal cycles
  • Work directly with customers to turn implementations into case studies and co-marketing campaigns
  • Define competitive positioning within AI tooling and workflow automation markets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, growth, or product roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong instinct for storytelling
  • Experience creating customer-facing collateral used by sales teams
  • Ability to distill highly technical products into simple, benefit-driven messaging
  • Strong product intuition and curiosity about AI and automation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and revenue teams
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic design and visual communication sensibility
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building marketing or field programs at a high-growth startup
  • Ability to turn around high-quality content and campaigns rapidly
  • Highly organized and operationally minded while remaining creative
