About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the conversion engine across the website and mobile app to turn interest into appointments
  • Lead the optimization of the digital customer journey through a structured CRO program and testing roadmap
  • Build and optimize the full acquisition funnel, including creative assets, messaging segmentation, and ad-to-page alignment
  • Support strategic launches for new product categories, state expansions, and utility programs via landing pages and in-app moments
  • Own user journey analytics, including cohort analysis, conversion metrics, and incrementality testing
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ship funnel improvements from brief to deployment
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate the workflow between ideation, testing, and learning

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of product marketing or growth experience, ideally at a high-growth B2C company
  • Hands-on experience owning a DTC website and conversion funnel
  • Proven experience designing and shipping A/B and multivariate tests across creative, pages, and offers
  • Proficiency in funnel analytics and attribution, including cohorts and incrementality
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled workflows to drive speed and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home services, energy, construction tech, or the trades
  • Background in B2C businesses where data and testing drive the product roadmap
  • Experience with considered-purchase funnels involving multiple user sessions
  • Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methods and B2B2C program marketing
