About the role
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning and develop core narratives articulating the value of Droids across the engineering lifecycle
- Build sales-ready assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and solution briefs
- Partner with GTM and BizOps to understand enterprise buyer drivers and build materials to unlock deal velocity
- Lead marketing for product launches, partnering with product on strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans
- Translate complex workflows into outcome-driven narratives focused on engineering velocity and reduced overhead
- Champion the Factory voice across all customer-facing collateral
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing or technical marketing at a high-growth SaaS or developer-focused company
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and building enablement assets for AEs and SEs
- Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership
- Data-informed approach to evaluating messaging effectiveness and buyer behavior
- Passion for developers and autonomous software engineering
