Product Manager/Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project management and technical support of Li-ion battery development projects from acquisition to series support
• Coordination of customer requirements analysis, risk management, and change management
• Monitoring project progress in coordination with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Clarifying technical details as an interface between customers, China development centers, and global production
• Ensuring transparent communication between internal and external departments
• Cross-site reporting to the overall project manager
• Developing tools, methods, and processes for technical project management

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
• Experience as a project manager in the chemical or automotive industries
• Experience in electromobility or battery development is desirable
• In-depth experience with project management tools
• Technical knowledge of cell and battery designs or simulation
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS-Project or similar schedulers
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel internationally
