Product Manager/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial success of embedded product lines by managing the full lifecycle from inception through sunset
• Develop and implement product strategies, business cases, ROI models, and pricing/profit strategies
• Collaborate with Engineering, CTOs, and marketing teams to define technical specifications and feature sets
• Oversee product development to ensure Time to Market (TTM) and Design to Cost (DTC) targets are met
• Manage product line health through sales forecasting, margin monitoring, and component obsolescence decisions
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to customers and sales teams regarding technical applications and product insights
• Support new product introductions through promotional content, white papers, and roadmap presentations

Requirements

• Hardware and/or software Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
• Business degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Management, or technical Product Marketing
• Strong understanding of embedded computing architecture and system architecture
• Proven experience within the Defense and Aerospace markets
• Ability to analyze complex data and articulate value propositions for complex bids and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry electronics standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, 810, 704, 1275, or DO-160)
• Experience with embedded processing technologies such as Intel, Arm, GPU, and integrated SoC processors
• Familiarity with functional safety or airborne safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178, or DO-254)
• Experience with Ethernet network switching and routing technologies in embedded systems
