Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of classic titles such as 101 Okey Plus, Spades Plus, Gin Rummy Plus, and Backgammon Plus from ideation to live operations
• Design features and game mechanics to deepen player engagement and retention
• Create mockups and user flows for gameplay improvements and special events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, design, engineering, and art to deliver high-impact updates
• Monitor in-game performance, conduct A/B tests, and derive actionable insights from data
• Own and manage product backlogs, set priorities, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor competitor moves within the casual and multiplayer gaming space

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Engineering, Economics, or Game Design
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within live mobile games
• Familiarity with multiplayer game dynamics and monetization strategies
• Ability to balance in-game economy and progression systems such as missions, rewards, and tournaments
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide product decisions
