Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product and game lifecycle, from writing detailed specifications to launching core features.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, including design, art, and engineering, to deliver high-quality player experiences.
• Formulate product strategies and define clear, measurable objectives to achieve business goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide input for business cases and track impact on key product metrics.
• Prioritize product roadmaps by balancing customer experience, technical constraints, and business drivers.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, problems, and desires to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, specifically within consumer, mobile, or game development.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with multivariate testing and experimentation.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to present work to executive leadership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and work styles.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for creating compelling and engaging user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a startup, social networking, or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving product outcomes and making product teams successful.
