Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirements, drive product design, operations, and project management
• Lead product design including wireframing and PRD documentation and manage the full lifecycle from requirement finalization to launch
• Own cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams
• Design and optimize app transaction modules such as payment, order management, and risk control
• Develop technical documentation including requirements specifications and competitive analysis reports
• Lead product team management by establishing workflows and standards to enhance efficiency
• Build a product data monitoring system and drive continuous optimization through user feedback and data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of internet product management experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Experience in designing e-commerce or fintech app transaction features preferred
• Proficiency in Axure, Figma, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Excel
• Excellent bilingual communication skills with English as a working language
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and technical writing
• Strong product ownership mindset and resilience under pressure
