Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for fintech products aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on business objectives and customer feedback.
• Define and prioritize product features to meet B2B client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Collect and document detailed product requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing timelines and resources.
• Advocate for user experience to ensure products are intuitive and seamless.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure products comply with financial regulations, industry standards, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services, payment systems, or banking domains.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with tools like Jira or Trello.
