Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Lead forward deployments with customers to validate assumptions and drive adoption
• Translate complex healthcare and RCM operations into scalable, AI-native workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or customer-facing product roles
• Experience building or working with AI-powered products or automation platforms
• Demonstrated ownership of complex product initiatives from concept through launch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations or medical billing
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Experience with operationally intensive platforms like logistics or enterprise service delivery
