Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap to align with business objectives and user needs
• Translate business goals and service processes into clear product specifications and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support agile delivery, system integrations, and platform dependencies
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, including performance monitoring and SLA alignment
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams
• Lead requirement-gathering initiatives through workshops to create use cases and actionable deliverables
• Drive focus on user experience and operational efficiency to ensure intuitive and scalable solutions
• Establish KPIs and leverage data to monitor product performance and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or related IT roles
• Experience with guest-facing and operational systems in hospitality, gaming, or similar environments
• Proven track record of delivering products in complex, multi-stakeholder, integrated environments
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with enterprise hospitality platforms such as PMS, POS, and gaming systems
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data workflows across enterprise systems
• Proficiency with tools including JIRA and Figma
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical, data-driven mindset
