Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and prioritize the strategic roadmap
• Establish and track measurable objectives to assess product success
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market strategies
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends

Requirements

• 1-3 years of product management experience with SaaS products
• Background in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a small team or high-growth organization
• Experience in education or ed tech
