Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a high impact product area or journey and lead a cross-functional squad to deliver measurable outcomes
• Set direction for your area and turn it into a focused roadmap with clear sequencing and tradeoffs
• Lead discovery and decision making using research, data, and experimentation
• Partner with Engineering and Design to shape solutions and define crisp outcomes
• Maintain a high quality bar from build to launch, including acceptance criteria and launch readiness
• Measure results post-launch and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles
• Experience in a consumer marketplace or high-frequency transaction product preferred
• Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery from problem framing to shipped outcomes
• Strong product judgment and ability to make evidence-backed bets
• Fluency in data and user insights to define and interpret metrics
• Clear communication and influence with technical and non-technical partners
• Familiarity with product tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or Amplitude
