Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product requirements and drive execution for identity and SaaS security capabilities, specifically CASB and ITDR initiatives.
• Act as the inbound product owner, translating product-line strategy into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate problems and define solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, sales, documentation, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or as a product owner within a SaaS or security-focused environment.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of identity technologies, SaaS controls, governance, and security concepts.
• Practical understanding of CASB and ITDR use cases and customer needs.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site daily in either São Paulo/SP or Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS security platforms.
• Exposure to ZTNA and SASE architectures and current market trends.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and user-centric product design.
