Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, personas, and business models per region
• Build product roadmaps and manage product specifications
• Analyze customer needs and identify new features
• Work with development teams and designers to manage the product backlog
• Organize go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing
• Support local operational teams with solution implementation
• Monitor sales KPIs and analyze opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or business
• Significant experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS company
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong internal communication skills across sales, project management, and development teams
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and adapt to rapid changes
• Strong team spirit and ability to balance marketing and functional aspects
