About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for digital benefits experiences to drive customer engagement.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and define impactful solutions.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on user value and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, research, and marketing teams to deliver new features and optimize existing journeys.
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, and UX research to drive data-driven prioritization.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure all products operate within a regulated framework.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in credit cards or digital banking.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience collaborating with UX design and research teams.
  • Expertise in the Agile development framework, including authoring business requirements and user stories.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, funnel analysis, and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer credit cards, loyalty programs, rewards, or benefits platforms.
  • Experience with personalization or decisioning systems (segmentation, targeting, next-best-action).
  • Proficiency in using experimentation and iterative delivery to optimize customer experiences.
  • Experience aligning multiple teams against shared platforms and APIs in a scaled organization.
