About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for digital card benefits to ensure Chase remains at the leading edge of digital capabilities.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs and define impactful, personalized solutions.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on user value, business benefits, and technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, research, and marketing to drive feature innovation and optimization.
- Integrate data analytics, product metrics, and UX research to inform prioritization and evaluate product success.
- Operate within a risk-based framework by partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to mitigate operational and technology risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in credit cards or digital banking.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product activities from discovery and ideation to requirements definition and value management.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX design and research teams.
- Expertise in the Agile development framework, including authoring business requirements and user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, funnel analysis, and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Experience operating in a regulated or risk-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer credit cards, loyalty programs, rewards, or benefits platforms.
- Experience with personalization or decisioning systems such as segmentation and targeting.
- Proficiency in using experimentation and iterative delivery to optimize customer experiences.
- Track record of delivering measurable and sustained customer experience improvements.
- Experience aligning multiple teams against shared platforms, APIs, and reusable components in a scaled organization.
