Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead API integrations with banks, HRMS, ERP, travel partners, and GST systems
• Manage webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), data sync, and automated workflows
• Improve user flows across mobile, web, and WhatsApp platforms
• Convert business needs into PRDs, user stories, and sprint plans
• Conduct user testing, A/B tests, and monitor product KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams to resolve customer pain points

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management
• Deep understanding of APIs, JSON, Webhooks, SSO, and OAuth/SAML
• Proficiency in writing PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria
• Experience with UX wireframing and usability testing
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Postman, Jira, Notion, Miro, and GA
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to read API documentation
