Product Manager, Voice

Responsibilities

• Define the voice interaction model including turn-taking, latency, and tone
• Build reliable real-time systems by working with engineering on streaming architectures
• Own the voice stack experience across ASR, TTS, LLMs, and telephony integrations

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in real-time, voice, or AI products
• Experience shipping voice or real-time products with understanding of latency constraints
• Strong technical depth in speech pipelines, streaming infra, or telephony systems
