Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Common Gatekeeper (CGK) enterprise security gateway.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, establishing KPIs for onboarding velocity, platform adoption, and resilience.
• Lead the evolution of a multi-tenant authentication and authorization platform supporting OAuth, mTLS, and API keys.
• Drive platform capabilities that simplify integration for internal teams through self-service and declarative configuration models.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams to define requirements for identity resolution and authorization context.
• Shape regional and cross-border platform strategies to support data residency and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize the product backlog, making critical tradeoff decisions between scalability, technical debt, and risk reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience (or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree).
• Proven expertise in Platform Product Management for complex shared services or infrastructure.
• Strong Security and Identity acumen, including deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as OAuth, mTLS, and service identity patterns.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies to manage backlogs and cross-functional delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in platform, infrastructure, identity, or security-focused product management.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value and product narratives.
• Experience navigating regulatory, compliance, or data residency requirements in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
