Product Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision to deliver value to customers across IVR, Branch, and Call Center channels
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap
• Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Drive the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of identity and authentication products
• Track and report on product KPIs such as adoption, conversion, user experience, and fraud rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and strategic development
• Strong ability to analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision and requirements to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in building presentation materials for senior stakeholders
