Product Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for Assisted Authentication solutions that delivers customer value.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Define and track key success metrics and KPIs, including adoption, conversion, user experience, and fraud rates.
• Drive the continuous improvement of identity products across various channels such as IVR, Branch, Call Centers, and ATMs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, design, and business partners to ensure scalable and resilient solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle (PDLC), design principles, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot as priorities shift.

• Demonstrated experience working within a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and results to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
