About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for debit-focused authentication and modernization.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, roadmap development, and launch execution.
- Manage the product backlog, translating customer needs into actionable user stories and epics.
- Partner with technology and architecture teams to design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
- Identify and prioritize enhancements to improve customer and employee journeys across the branch network.
- Define and track key success metrics, including KPIs, OKRs, cost, and reliability.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle (PDLC), design, and data analytics.
- Proven experience delivering secure authentication or identity capabilities (e.g., biometrics, digital credentials).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technology partners.
- Demonstrated ability to define and act on KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating roadmaps and executive updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Background in branch, servicing, or frontline employee workflow optimization.
- Experience partnering with cybersecurity, fraud, risk, and compliance teams.
- Track record of leading platform modernization or legacy migration efforts.
- Proficiency with agile delivery practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
