Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy for the Peritoneal Dialysis portfolio in the North Latin America cluster to drive business growth and brand positioning.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including Go-To-Market plans, pricing strategies, and market segmentation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and healthcare systems to identify unmet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Demand Generation, and Communications teams to strengthen the value proposition.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with health registrations and COFEPRIS requirements.
• Work with Product Launch Leads on new product introductions driven by market demand.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices in alignment with company policies.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, marketing management, or sales management within the healthcare sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong strategic thinking and business vision.
• Proven knowledge of healthcare products and marketing dynamics.
