Responsibilities

• Synthesize signal into direction from messy, conflicting inputs
• Define agent behaviors including objectives, constraints, and trust tiers
• Drive systematic improvements across models, memory, and workflows
• Own product direction end-to-end from ambiguous problems to delivery
• Work directly with users to build intuition for real-world workflows
• Partner with engineering to shape impactful and technically sound solutions
• Drive alignment across stakeholders in ambiguous situations

Requirements

• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
• Ability to separate signal from noise and form independent opinions
• Experience with complex systems or platforms
• Experience operating under real constraints (security, infrastructure, etc.)
• High ownership and bias toward action
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams
• Clear and direct communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with operational or mission-driven users
• Experience with LLM-based systems
• Experience with product analytics (e.g., SQL)
• Experience rapidly prototyping ideas using Figma or AI coding tools
• Exposure to constrained or high-security environments
• Active Security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
