Product Manager - Vaccines

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to optimize brand value and market leadership for the vaccine portfolio in Hong Kong
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in vaccines and pediatrics
• Engage healthcare policy makers and medical associations to shape the vaccination landscape
• Leverage digital assets and data analytics to enhance customer engagement and implement patient-driven education
• Partner with the Sales team to set targets, define field activities, and prepare accurate annual forecasts and budgets
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and HKAPI regulations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive vaccination awareness and improve public health outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong strategic thinking and brand planning capabilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and data-driven strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree
• Existing connections with Infectious Disease or pediatric KOLs
• Proven track record of managing multiple product franchises and driving market share growth
