Product Manager, User Center

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for user account identity and preference settings
• Lead end-to-end account lifecycle management
• Drive productization of login systems including standard, third-party, and QR code login
• Design and evolve account hierarchy and permission systems
• Partner with institutional, compliance, and risk teams to translate growth targets into infrastructure roadmaps
• Drive adoption of institutional capabilities like RBAC and Custody
• Optimize user experience by addressing friction points and driving AI transformation within the User Center

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years owning account, permission, or compliance systems, or complex B2B/B2B2C platforms
• Strong systems-architecture mindset
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical product solutions
• Strong business judgment and data sensitivity
• Excellent cross-team and cross-region collaboration skills
• Proficiency in working with AI
• Fluency in Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the cryptocurrency industry
• Experience leading account system architecture evolution or platform re-architecture from 0 to 1
• Hands-on experience applying AI agents or AI productivity tools within product workflows
