Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own deep industry understanding of customer needs and workflows, converting them into market opportunity briefs and pitches.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS as the primary conduit for voice-of-customer signal to drive discovery and roadmap planning.
• Spearhead packaged solution development in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing to position value and support education.
• Drive excellence in delivery by specifying key use cases and defining quality standards for AI solutions.
• Act as a thought leader, guiding customers on how to use the platform to manage risk effectively across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction operations, construction tech, implementation, or product-adjacent roles in vertical SaaS.
• Proven track record of translating complex industry workflows into crisp requirements, messaging, and repeatable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with high agency in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to align multiple departments without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both written and verbal forms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction risk management, contract compliance, or legal tech.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and evaluation frameworks.
• Previous involvement in go-to-market launches for construction or vertical SaaS products.
