Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product roadmap strategy, identifying and prioritizing features that expand market reach and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, product marketing, engineering, and go-to-market to integrate customer insights into product delivery.
• Spearhead the ideation and delivery of solutions for critical real-world challenges, from problem definition to final outcome.
• Champion the customer by diving deep into construction, legal, and risk management spaces through qualitative and quantitative testing.
• Participate in a 12-month cross-divisional immersion, starting with the Trimble Vista organization to master enterprise financial workflows before returning to Document Crunch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven product management experience working on technology-powered products.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance long-term strategy with practical, iterative execution.
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, visual, and narrative formats to align diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of engineering, design, and product management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction, legal, or risk management industries.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-driven product experiences.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or construction technology environments.
• Experience driving alignment across distributed or virtual product squads.
