Product Manager Transactional Tax

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end view of regulatory change, ensuring individual workstreams combine into a coherent, compliant, and scalable whole.
• Act as the key integrator for transactional tax, legal, and regulatory changes impacting Finance.
• Structure complex regulatory requirements into clearly defined problem statements and component solution areas.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, overlaps, and gaps across process, data, controls, and reporting.
• Align multiple delivery teams (ERP, data, integration, platforms, and vendors) around a shared understanding of the regulatory objective.
• Facilitate alignment workshops and design convergence to resolve ambiguity before it becomes a compliance risk.
• Ensure control, audit, and compliance requirements are consistently applied across all solution components.
• Provide decision-ready views for governance, highlighting impacts, trade-offs, and residual risks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior Finance stakeholders on complex problem-solving.
• Proven experience bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or complex initiatives.
• Strong capability to balance strategic objectives with regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Collaborative working style with experience partnering across Finance and Digital & Technology functions.
• Experience working closely with solution owners and business partners in reporting, controllership, or tax-related domains.
