Product Manager, Tokenization - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog, production support, issue resolution, and prioritization.
• Lead product development efforts in collaboration with Technology and Design teams.
• Monitor product performance against benchmarks and identify implementation paths for enhancements.
• Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance, to ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Risk, Control, Compliance, and Legal to maintain a strong controls environment.
• Deliver regular communications and executive reports regarding product strategy, health, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, digital products, product management, or Agile software development.
• Deep experience in online payments, specifically card tokenization, digital wallets, and e-commerce payments.
• Proven track record of managing risk and controls within a financial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams and influence stakeholders across product, technology, and design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Open Banking, and engineering practices.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field of study.
